All services start at £30 an hour and will be quoted before any work is carried out.

HowardLabs are not web-designers and do not offer services to fully build a website for you, we will endeavour to ensure that your website is online and ready for you to customise according to your requirements, we can assist with customisation as long as you have the content ready including post content, menu items and images.

Third party services and backup solutions dependent upon client licenses and capabilities, free alternatives are typically limited in their functionality, HowardLabs will do their best to accommodate all requirements however further costs may be necessary depending on your needs and feature availability.

All sessions will be done either by remote connection to the clients machine via teamviewer or other similar product, or by providing necessary credentials to access the services required in order to fulfil the request, no information shared during the call will ever be kept or used outside of the intended request and all support sessions are one time only, we cannot and will not connect to your system without your consent.
